I'm used to take caffeine I think. I drink coke with no problem, and I've had energy drinks. Sometimes those make me really hyper, and occasionally it makes me feel really weird and I'll start crying (not out of sadness, just lots of crazy emotions), but this usually doesn't happen. I sometimes sweat when I take it though, and having code red (mountain dew) and playing stuff like lazer tags sometimes makes me sick and exhausted and really thirsty, but I'm also terribly out of shape. But, I took a caffeine pill with about 200mgs. The problem is my vision and perception. I think my eyes are having trouble focusing, and moving my head back and forth quickly makes me a little dizzy and sick, like on a merry-go-round. And I think my judgement is just a little off or something, like I'll move in weird ways, like just moving my arms around for no real reason, I guess it feels good. And it's like my thinking is slower than my body movements. It's like i'm a little goofy. Are these bad things? Is this a normal reaction? I just want more energy and to be able to concentrate as I'm studying. Thanks for any help.
And I just realized that I made weird grammatical mistakes that I usually don't make; it's like my brain isn't making the proper connections and forgetting the syntax, and I forget what I wrote and how the next word should be conjugated or what the suffixes are and such.
