I've tried everything for cystic acne except estrongen-dominant birth control pills and Accutane, the latter which I refuse to try because my cousin had such a horrible experience with it.
I've gone the homeopathic route now. I'm taking two capsules of apple cider vingear three times a day and also putting the ACV on my face, back and chest directly in the morning and at night after washing.
I am cutting out dairy, too. Is there anything else I should be doing?
