Sometimes I see an old car rotting in a field or hanging out in an old barn falling apart, and I wonder to myself, what asshole is just letting that car sit there and rot when it can be restored to its original muscle car glory? Well, I heard somewhere that with a VIN number i could track down the owner and see if they would sell or give up that old car sitting the the field, forgotten and undesirable. Any answers? I am in NC if that makes any difference.
