Take a look at my diet/exercise plan? Is it going to be effective?

If I intake 1300-1400 calories and burn 1800 calories through the day, will I effectively lose weight???

Okay, for this chart, you need to know. "Ten by Ones are a workout where you run for 1 min rest for 1 min and then repeat ten times to equate a 20 minute workout. And "Cores" are a series of abdomen, arm, and leg muscle stimulating workouts I do 2-3 times a week.


Monday: Ten by Ones, for 20 minutes, followed by a 25 minute easy jog.

Tuesday: 45 minute medium jog with hills/Medium Cores

Wednesday: Easy day. 30 minute run.

Thursday: Hard day. 45 minute hard jog, if any hills high ones, with intensive cores

Friday: 40 minute medium jog with some hills.

Saturday/Sunday: 25 minute run. Light cores.

Okay, will all of this assure me good weight loss. I know I can burn 1800 per day and will ingest 1300 a day. What do you think??
