Taco Manager

I'm just wondering if the Taco Bell I'm Assistant Managing is doing the job right or are all the Taco Bells ran the same way? I mean loads of drama, managers not trusting each other, and the GM is losing it. I guess I want to know is their any way in saving the store or should I just deal with the fact Taco Bell is not the best place to work?
