Tell an employee you're there for an interview with Mr. So and So and they'll go get him then wait for him (don't be texting or anything when he walks out) shake his hand (be confident when you do so). Wear nice dress pants and a conservative nice top (a button up if you have one) and nice flats.
Try to be sincere. If you need time to think dont hesitate to do so-that shows you are really thinking and trying not just spouting something memorized. Keep the info you give relevant to the job. Research Taco Bell a little before hand-what are they about? Try to show you can be open and helpful and show your personality.
Good luck-just remember if it goes horribly (and it wont!) you just walk out that door and you never have to see them again-no big deal it happens to everyone. I have had some embarrassing experiences and when you walk out of it (regardless of how well you did) it feels like a weight lifted off your shoulders to have it done.
