Tachycardia and exercise?

I developed tachycardia when I was pregnant and it never went away. In high school I was in competitive marching band and my doctor thinks it might be deconditioning but it is not feasible to find an exercise in which I participate 8-10 hours a day. How do I find a suitable exercise that doesn't make me black out or pass out completely. I cannot afford a gym membership or equipment and getting winded isn't the issue. I also know stopping ever 5 minutes for a break isn't going to help. So is there an exercise that you know of or you do yourself with this condition because I have gained 75 pounds throughout pregnancy and after and I am getting desperate and hungry!
