G George New member Mar 31, 2010 #1 I am currently into the second month of P90X. I'm doing the double version and wondering if my legs muscles will be overworked if I replaced the 3x a week cardio X with tabata sprint training. I'm 17 and very fit. Would I overwork my legs?
