T929 reboots ...

Well - i have at me 3 pcs brand new Samsung T929 ( Memoir ) ... All from AT&T ( USA ) ... first one is unlocked in USA with code from AT&T, next one someone was unlocked in Bulgaria capital city ( Sofia ) , third one i was read codes via Z3x ... nothing special and put it manually when phone ask for Network Lock with domestic SIM ... All 3 phones have a same problem - keep reboots on each 30 sec ( nearly ) ... The most strange is that without SIM or with SIM without network registration - all is fine ... so problem come from network ?!?! But ... with 3 different SP SIM ( M-Tel, GloBul and VIVACOM ) is same ... The next strange is that after first power on you can make call ( one or 2 or 3 short calls ) also automatic SIM services are configured via SP SMS - mean phone work more that 30 sec ..., but if start to reboots - nooooo - then is not time to dial a number anymore or if you start dialing the phone shuts of after few sec. of conversation ... So i have flashed one ( upgrade ) via NS-Pro to T929UVHL7 - same effect - mean flashing not help ...

Any suggestions are welcome ....

P.S. - there no way in phone settings to choose network mode - only automatic - suggesting that if 3G mode can be off - then thing can go better ?...
