T5 Reset Help

I have a HUGE problem with it, I reset it and then it will be stuck, theres a line at the very top flashing and I have been able (using the bypass appcheck thing or up=softreset) but a few seconds later the line comes and its frozen? I have don Hard resets, Zero out resets and same thing. I have gotten pass it though by soft reset+up, then quickly turing it off befor it freezes but then the up+down keys wont work, when I try to acces Applications it gives
LauncherMain.c, Line:6797, Can?t open Launcher DB
How can I fix this?

If you've tried the warm reset (hold down the up key while resetting) and you can't get back to the launcher screen then you'll have to do a hard reset.

There appears to be a software conflict since the symptons you describe indicate such.

I'd say that you either unistalled a program that was "hooked" into the launcher such as Teal Script, Datebk5 or similar where they will take control of certain OS issues. DB5 takes control of alarms, TealScript will take control of the input and it's uninstalled and not disabled it leaves a "problem".

If that's what occured - you'll have to do a hard rest.

You can also post your last HotSync log to show what programs are installed and I might be able to provide more assitance?
