T3 question about Reset

I recently purchased a T3 and am loving it. One problem though. I had it installed on my work Labtop and sync'd with my Lotus Notes calendar, address book, etc.

It seems to sync fine but after each sync it prompts me to "click here" to complete a Reset. I checked all my settings to see if there was a setting that needed to be changed.

Anybody have any idea as to what the problem could be? Thank you in advance for your help!

Waht program are you using to sync with Lotus Notes? What version of Lotus Notes? Are syncing in live or island mode? Do you get this reset message after each hotsync? I assume it must be a soft reset, e.g., you don't lose any data. Have you recently installed any other programs to your Palm?

Thanks for the response Jim. Please see my responses below.

Waht program are you using to sync with Lotus Notes? Pylon Pro

What version of Lotus Notes? 6.0.2

Are syncing in live or island mode? Not quite sure what this means.

Do you get this reset message after each hotsync? I assume it must be a soft reset, e.g., you don't lose any data. Yes, it is a soft reset.

Have you recently installed any other programs to your Palm? I installed Datebook 5 and couple of other programs which I uninstalled thinking this may be the problem.

Thank you for your advice!

Sorry, Lotus keeps changing the names of things. Are you syncing when you are attached to the live Notes network or are you syncing when you are disconnected and using a replicated database? Also, what version of Pylon Pro are you using?

Pylon Pro is about the best program to sync with Notes from a Palm in my experience. I've never heard of an error asking for a soft reset at the end of each sync. Go to your hotsync icon, right click, and go to "View Log". Copy and paste the log messages in a message here and post it. That might give me a better idea of what's happening.
