T3 & Mobile phones

I need some kind of help I have my nice little T3 with its Bluetooth my problem is it will not discover or partner with my m/phones of which I have 2 one is a EricssonT39m the other is a sony ericsson t68i all i get is the message no bluetooth available I have tried alot of different ways but always get the same reply can any one help thanks both phones are bluetooth ready
 
I have both of these phones as well and have had no problem "pairing" them with the T3. You need to be sure that the phone is "DISCOVERABLE". In the Connections menu on the phones, you need to indicate they are discoverable. If you only turn bluetooth "ON", the Palm will not find them. Once they are in the discovery mode, then try your pairing, and you should get a request for a password. This is used to ensure that you want to pair them as a "Trusted Pair". The password can be as simple as the number 0, since it is used during the pairing and then not used again, unless you need to pair again or you decide to require a password for future use between the two.

If you still encounter problems, you may want to do a "soft reset" on the Palm, since some programs occasionally affect the "bluetooth" transmission.
