Recently got MapSonic for my T3. When I cut a map from MapStore and tfr it direct to the T3 via HotSynch, Mapsonic accesses the map perfectly. But if I tfr it to a card, Mapsonic does not recognise that the file is on the card, even though it is. I have tried using 2 different cards (Palm 64MB Expansion Card and a 128MB SD card), both of which the T3 reads satsifactorily for other files/applications. I've tried loading the map onto the card(s) via both HotSynch and via a card reader. In all circumstances, the file DOES transfer to the card, but for some reason Mapsonic wil not open it. The pdf User Guide mentions a sub-directory (folder?) called /MapSonic_Maps. Should this be created automatically on the card? If so, it doesn't happen for me. I've tried creating a folder called "MapSonic_Maps" at various levels on the card: the root directory level, or within the Palm folder, or within the Launcher folder in the Palm folder; I then move the maps in to this, but it makes no difference with any of them. What's the significance of the forward slash ("/") before MapSonic_Maps? You cannot use this / in creating a folder name.
