T3 does see stylus anymore

I have a T3 that is about a year old, bought at BestBuy. Suddenly over the weekend, it decided that it sporadically (more like usually) does not see the stylus tapping on the screen. I've tried soft reset all the way to hard reset. No change. Any ideas about what I can do? If it has to be shipped in for repair, where do I send it, is it worth it, any warranty, etc. thanks in advance.
 
It sounds like a cable connecting the screen to the motherboard has come loose. It's possible to take apart the T3 and inspect and reset the cable if that's the problem. If it's still under warranty, I would send it back to Palm for repair. Since you neglected to say where you live, it's hard for me to tell you where to send it.
