T3 car cigarette lighter as power source

I was at my local office supply store and found car lighter adapter cords designed for the Tungsten E model and some for a few other non-Palm One models. Is there a similar power cord for the T3? That would really help me out if I had one. Any suggestions?

Radio Shack sells one - it's listed as a universal connector style and will work with the M500 series as well as the Tungsten T, T2 and T3. I can't remember or find the part number but I bought one from them that works on my Garmin iQue 3600 as well as my T3.

I use a USB cable with a universal connector at the Palm end. It worked fine on my m515 and now my T3. As Moose Man said, as long as it's for a device with the UC it should be OK.

USB Sync-n-Charge cable

I also have a USB Car charger to complete the car kit.

The nice thing is that (along with a mains USB adapter) I have a complete travel kit to charge the Palm up anywhere.

Yup, just like Moose Man, I bought mine at Radio Shack. It came with a USB cable, a cigarette lighter adapter, and a wall AC adapter. The USB cable plugs into either the cig or wall adapter, and then the other end is a universal connector that connects to your T3 (my T2). Works great, and like GerryC said, it means you'll have a charging method and a USB connection method with you when you travel. Comes in handy for me for using Card Export II for transferring files to my SD card from a friend's computer, etc.
