T3 and RAZR V3 (accessing Internet and email)

can anyone possibly help me with a few items. I have been using my T3 since it came out and absolutely love it. my company uses Blackberries and I hated using it so I got rid of it.
I just switched Cellular Service to Cingular: (NO major complaints about the service but Customer Service could use a little help)
here is the question:
I can linke the T3 and the phone and dial contacts with no issues. I can not however get anyone at either Cingular or Palm to assist w/ the setup to use Internet throught the phone connected via BT to the T3.

can anyone possibly assist. I am so tired of speaking to CSR that read a script and confuse themselves and contradict themselves with every other word.

any assistance would be greatly appreciated

thanks for the updated Website: i downloaded the product listed on the site:
installed it Paired the phone and tried to connect.
the product as mentioned only give 10 connections. I have one left and still have not connected. I keep getting error messages.

thanks for trying. I really do appreciate all of your help.
I guess I will have to bite the bullet and continue to use the Company supplied Blackberry.

any other thoughts before I throw in the towel with this thing?

Have you tried using Connection Manager to pair up the phone? This program supports many phones not listed in Phone Link.
