T237 Face plates how to change them?

Now my question is how the heck do you change out these face plates. I bought the special face plate for it and a special screw driver and cant figure out how to change it out. Can any one show me how. Thanks in adavance Jimbo
 
take out battery
pop off aerial cover
unscrew all 6 screws (two by battery two over aerial)
pop off faceplate
move vibrater/mic/anything else onto new faceplate
put phone back together

be patient and do it one piece at a time.
 
Some ericssons require the T6 screwdriver to pop them off, but usually you can use a credit card or something sturdy & thin
 
Do the top plate slide off? Help, I'm having trouble with removing the top back plate!
