T-shirt Business help, How to start?

T-shirt business owners out there, please help me out. I have designs, I'm pretty talented, but I'm only 15. For right now I'm just doing amateur transfer paper on t-shirts for local high school bands I support. I want to start my own business online. I think I understand the whole promoting myself thing. I need help with making my logo legal, having an online shirt, and getting my own t-shirts made (do i have to get those done by someone else?). Please help me if I left anything out. Thankyou
