Hey guys, I was looking for information regarding the above questionnaire has anyone see tmobiles ppremium, or any phone insurance.. they said it covers theft, damage, water damage, accidents.. everything, but has a $130 deductible for my phone.
So is it a use once, if I break my phone will they just send another after I pay the deductible, or do I send in the broken phone.. or if I leave it on my roof and drive off. They just send another and a new SIM card also right?
If I use it once is it gone. Or can I use it again as long as I pay the monthly rate & the deductible?

I ask cuz I finally got my girl a nice expensive android phone, but she breaks and looses it often. I wanna make sure I can use insurance more than once. Lol
