So I got a tmobile phone in February, for the last 2 weeks I have not been able to get signal in my house at all bc tmobile is dropping towers. I have called to cancel & they want to charge me the fee of $400 or I can spend $1000 on new phones that will connect to my wifi network. How is it possible for tmobile to charge me the cancellation fee when they no longer provide service where I live? I have not moved & nothing new has gone up in the area, it is due to them dropping towers.
