T mobile, what phones

I have to agree as well as I have always gotten good CS with TMo reps. I live in a city so the signal strength is really good but once you get away and are in the farmlands then the signal goes down. Good thing I dont venture out into the farmlands and every large city I have been in like Indianapolis, Chicago, Dallas and Houston the signal has been great and have had no problems whatsoever.

Me too. The CS Reps have been awesome. I think I have had one person that I talked to since 2001 that has been an ***. I just called Sunday because my wife got a G1 back in November and hated it. The rep offered me a BB 8320 for $79 ($20 less than with a new line of service and a 2 year contract). Then she threw in myfaves for free on both lines. I did have to sign a new two year contract for the 8320, but I was just 2 months into my two year contract from the G1. So, guess the G1 is going on eBay.

T-Mobile Rocks!

T-Mobile is a very good carrier depending on where you live. I can't wait to get the 8900 after it's released. ~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~

i cant stand tmobile. they're constantly overcharging me for something because part of my plan "fell through the system" as they like to tell me... every month. and i get crap service wherever i am. i had verizon before and never had a problem with dropped calls like i do with tmobile. my boyfriend and i are actually thinking about sucking up the 400 to end both our lines and go with someone else

In my experience the two best carriers are T-Mobile and AT&T. It just depends on where you live as coverage is the most important consideration when choosing a carrier. In my case they are both strong so I use them both as I have many phones and need a few lines. When traveling the state of CA where I live, AT&T's larger network provides the best coverage. As far as customer service the nod goes to AT&T, even though T-Mobile is also good. The reason being, that AT&T seems to have a larger goodwill budget. In the past when I've been mistakenly overcharged (which happens with any carrier) AT&T has not only reversed the charges without complaint but also given me an additional $100 off my bill as a goodwill gesture. Whereas T-mobile has corrected their error but not offered additional consideration. Next up is BlackBerry selection in which AT&T has a much larger selection of models, usually at lower prices than T-Mobile. Customers like myself that have been with T-Mobile enjoy low pricing on plans, however recently they have increased their rates so that advantage is gone. Thus choosing between those two now would be easy if I was starting fresh as AT&T simply has it all.

I have also use T-Mobile since 2001 and had great service with customer Support and coverage.I'm also thinking about upgrading to the 8900 but i have stumble into this website that says T-Mobile will release the BOLD in May

Anyone know about this??

Any news would be appreciated

I have been with t-mobile since 2002 and never had any problems. Went to verizon for 3 days about a month ago and had nothing but problems with their service so I went back to t-mobile and got the 8900.

Been with T-Mo since early 2002 and I have had nothing but love for them. Prior to that I had Sprint, but hated having to pay almost outright for their phones and Alltel prior to that, but hated getting charges for calls my wife and I never made to numbers we didn't know. T-Mo has always taken care of any complaints I've ever had.

I was plannning on getting the 8900 when my contract was up in a few months, but now I really gotta look at the Bold vs. 8900 comparisons.

I've played with the storm and the 8900. Without question, I'd go for the 8900. The lack of a real keyboard is a real issue for me.

I to had the storm for a few days then went to 8900 and don't miss the storm at all. The storm software is still really buggy and its weird to type on. Good idea from RIM but the phone still needs some work.
