T mobile, what phones

Currently they offer the Pearl, 8100 and 8120 and the Flip, 8220, and they offer the Curve which is 8320 and the Javelin is supposed to be coming soon in Feb which is 8900.

I agree ^. If you need to switch right now the Curve is a great phone and you won't be disappointed but the 8900 looks like it is going to be a great phone too.

If you want a great deal on a new Curve that is proven & reliable get the 8320. If you want the latest, just beware you are taking a risk. The 8900 is not proven & may have as many problems as the Bold & Storm have had.

T-mobile isn't that great in my opinion, I regret to say.
They don't have the best Customer Care and they switch things around to make you pay wayy more than you ever should.
They also lie alot.
All of the CC agents(I guess they're call agents) say different things each time you call.
They never have the same thing to say.
I'm not sure, maybe that's just my experience.

I do not agree. I have been with TMO since 2001 and they have always given me exceptional service and have always let me upgrade my phone (4 times) to the new customer price even when I wasn't due for an upgrade. Also, just recently they sent us two new 8320's because my husbands started resetting itself when we downloaded the new 4.5 os and because my UMA was dropping calls. We didn't even have insurance, they just offered to send us new 8320's at no cost to us. I think they are wonderful with great c/s and great rates compared to other carriers.

I think they also have the 8820. They DO have good CS. They have always helped me whenever I had a problem in the past. However, because of declining coverage here, I may be gone next year.
