T-Mobile Website- Can I set my account to only work on one computer?

Is there a way to adjust the settings to only allow me to view my T-Mobile account online from one computer?

Additionally- Is there a way I can download text messages I have accidentally deleted? I know you can view the transcripts online, but I am hoping to see the actual texts.. I deleted without reading them!
