Man i know its been a while but i totally forgot to reply im so sorry...i have vista and finally got it to work! Anyone out there still baffled bout this problem? Just respond and ill go through it.
 
def...all PPP boxes have to be checked! in past posts it says just one...but in fact all do...besides that everything else in the first page as to set your comp and stuff are correct...except maybe the wap server..tmo is gonna be diff than your 8820...check all PPP setting boxes and contact your service provider and make sure wap or whatever thay have is correct....any other questions feel free to ask.
