...customer care? Basically, I was logged into my t-mobile account, and I was setting up the primary account holder, but I was trying to put my mom as the holder, not me. So then I put her social security but now it has me as the primary account holder but under her social security and birthday.
I didn't know it would automatically go under my name because I was the one logged in (stupid I know)
So.. is there a way I can fix this to where there is no primary account holder without calling them? Or if I have to call them... how should I explain this without sounding dumb?
