appear to be down, Called and confirmed it's a prob on their end - Security breach fall-out perhaps? I also noticed that on the My Tmobile site, when trying to re-send service books, it's screwed up too. Just a heads up.
You cannot see what is said in the messages unless you have a court order. You can only view phone numbers that messaged the phone or that were messaged. You can view what time messages were sent out along with the date & how many were used.
