well my contract ends this coming early/mid february. I really hate my old samsung phone and I want a new phone but I would like to keep my old number. It says on the website that you can upgrade during the 22nd month to get a good discount on the phone. But i checked my upgrade yesterday and I had absolutely no discount on anyphone. It basically showed me the retail price of the phone.
I don't quite understand because obviously I basically have 1 month and a half before the contract ends so why am I not getting any discounts.
Also would I get a better discount if I go to costco?
