just called up because i have no GPRS.

they said there servers are down and that is affecting internet and email on blackberrys.

just letting you know.

well its still not working... grr..

also ive lost one of my service books, dont know if that is because of the update...its the "PROVISIONING" one..??
 
Yeah I new there was an outage, my works o2 has now got bis 2.5 and my bosses orange is updated. Now checking my housemates Tmobile service see if hers is running ok, i know it also had an outage and sent the service books again and WAHOO HTML emails etc. give me 2 mins ill call her!

I lost all data connection from midday Sunday 22nd until morning of 23rd. Then for the morning of 23rd GPRS was in small letters suggesting the BIS service was unavailable. A short call to t-mobile revealed it was an upgrade gone-wrong also involving the merger of 3g data networks.

While this was happening I decided to upgrade to OS 4.5 on my 8310...and I can confirm that html email works on T-Mobile UK. I did need new service books (for the Browser) and to change the browser from t-zones to web'n'walk.
