T-mobile track lost phone.?

My MyTouch 4G got lost/stolen somewhere and I can't find it. I suspended my plans. I remember I brought it to school (I Turned off the phone and couldn't call it before suspension) and then lost it or it got stolen. Can T-Mobile track this phone? I don't have a warranty but will i get a new phone or something?
