I want to put Music on my t mobile tap. I go to PC assistant but i can't transfer music. i can make a playlist but when i want to move it to my phone the red arrow to move it doesn't light up. I looked online and it said to go to file transfer when you plug in your phone. I did on 2 different computers but nothing happens. When i click "file transfer" nothing pops up or anything. Maybe you have been experiencing the same problem and know what to do? Is there something i have to do to make it work? Pls help. Thank you in advance.
