Ok guys.. a new war is amoung us. Recently rumors abounded that Verizon was to come out with the first true unlimited plan.. Well, ATT soon followed and guess what. Not to be undersold, T-Mobile came out and trumped them all!!

TMOBILE - UNLIMITED MINUTES, UNLIMITED SMS/MMS, UNLIMITED BBERRY OR DATA $119.99!!! WOW

AT and T- UNLIMITED MINUTES, UNLIMITED SMS/MMS, UNLIMITED DATA $135

VERIZON - UNLIMITED MINUTES, UNLIMITED SMS/MMS, UNLIMITED DATA $149.99

Got em beat AGAIN!!!!! lol

Also,

T-Mobile announced last week at a regional manager conference that our 3G network WILL BE WORKING BY Q4. WE WILL be getting the Android handset. We WILL be getting the HSDPA Blackberry, and our Hotspot at home service is changing much more than anticipated.

We will have both Hotspot at home which is UMA technology allowing cell phone use over broadband connecction. What we didnt know is that we will be launching Talk Forever which has routers with sim cards, allowing our service FOR ONLY TEN BUCKS A MONTH BY THE WAY, to be used with ANY home phone you currently have. Simply plug current home phone (wireless or standard) into a telephone port on the router, sign up for service, and you have unlimited home calls for ten bucks a month.. All you need is a broadband connection!! TALK ABOUT WOW.. VONAGE, ATT, VERIZON, Eat your hearts out!! We are attacking home service as it is known today AND cell phone service as well.

OK so we will have both services both independant or united (using UMA and your cell phone, or just Voice over broadband using the same home phone youve had for years) Services will have call waiting, conf calling, etc. Possible services include, intl discount rates and or free plans, caller tunes, discount dialing to mexico and canada, etc.

Ok in addition to those two, we will be launching AT HOME II and AT HOME phase III. These will have increased capabilities, possibly integrating wifi, voip, and the 3G network in the late quarters of 08. Not too many specifics but I heard this DIRECTLY from the mouth of the directors of engineering, and retail strategies (I still have the video).

Now you see why we "allowed" ATT to run the Hotspots... lol. We dont need em, were attacking their home phone service users lol.. all 60 million of em (# of households in US with broadband service). HERE WE COME!!!!!

Another note. We will have 5 new UMA phones by "Back to School" TOO MUCH INFO!!!! Ill post when I have more..

heres something you might to run by your engineers:

Do a double play by Incorporating both the UMA technology and the already present GSM technology in to a ball busting router! put the two together! a low (within a household) range GSM range extender via the UMA feature with the UMA feature so that if you have phones in your household that dont have the UMA feature they can still use the Unlimited talk features and the other UMA people in the home can use theirs like normal. in other words if there are phones within the range of the router that use GSM or UMA then the calls are unlimited. you really want to hurt the competition where hurts then find a way to make this work and you will be king!

if i dont have to go upstairs to the deck to make a call thats really clear then that would be awesome!

You guys in us arw so lucky, I wish t mobile expanded to canada, they would really swipe every customer, and with dollars being alnost at equal, this would be great. But that sadly won't happen. Rogers is terrible, I wish thing like this hit canada some day!

YUP... the calls to customer care are insane right now. I have already had 17 people come in today and activate on the new plan porting from ATT, sprint, and others. 9 of them blackberry users getting a new curve..

This all sounds very interesting. It would be great if all of this can be implemented and deployed in a respectable time frame. Considering TMO is last to the 3G party and many if not all berry users are still waiting on OS 4.5 (aka 4.3) Actual turn around time is important.

~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~super busy today every one calling in to switch to it if you plan on calling in to tmo today expect to be on hold for a while

It includes unlimited minutes. If you don't want the talk time there are cheaper options. For me - I don't need any more minutes with the @Home I get all my calls from home anyway. I already get all the data and SMS I want with the Minutes and Mail, but the home phone part might be worth it.
