T mobile sidekick slide issue?

I have a prepaid T-mobile sidekick slide with the sidekick plan, in the morning I had put in my information for a new number. I then was able to use my phones features for a little while..Then It said I had no wireless services available. I added 10 dollars on my account later that day and then my phone would say that I am not signed in and that I have no wireless services available. However, my Mobile account online says that I have my 10 dollars still. So I thought maybe if I'd hard restart my sidekick than maybe I could get my phone to sign in and use the services again.Upon restarting my sidekick I am now getting a message screen that says this:


A welcome screen will appear within 48 hours after purchase. If not, please contact customer care to check your account status. Until then, press (button) to place emergency calls.

Any ideas on what I need to do to get my sidekick working again?
