so i got a letter a couple days ago from t-mobile saying that after may 31, sidekicks will no longer be able to store photos and contacts, so i basically need to get a new phone..
the letter said "we will offer you 50% off select phones from samsung when you select a new two-year agreement on a qualifying plan before april 5, 2011."
that is so ridiculous. you're taking away my phone that i paid for and is still working, you should give me a free phone that costs the same amount of money as i paid for my sidekick, and i shouldn't have to add a new 2-year agreement.
what happened to what t-mobile said months ago, that they would continue to support their loyal sidekick users? this is not support.
