When sending a text message even a free one to check my balance, It pops up sending failed, but its is actually sending it 3 times!, I clicked resend once and the text message cost me 60p. Im on a t-mobile pay as you go.
What should I do - can I complain

Thanks - I've had the phone for a year now, and its just started doing it out the blue.
I dropped it around 6 months ago pretty hard, which sends it a bit funny- maybe that could be it?
