t-mobile ripped me off?

i ordered a game on t-mobile site on my computer and got the text to the site but then i got error when i got to the page
 
Call customer service. I had this happen to me with AT&T and I called customer service and they took the charge off my bill. They can also send the game to your phone if you would prefer that. All it takes is a phone call.
