T-mobile-Radioshack??????

Since radioshack is a t-mobile authorized dealer ... if I buy the my touch 4g from radioshack would i get the same coverage,features,details as the people that buy the phone from a actual t-mobile store........ will the phone be new...... and does the bill go 2 t-mobile.......... also if u have any more info can u plz tell mi........ thnxs................ what is the price diffrence.......... becuz radioshack has it for $80 but t-mobile has it for $200......... plz help mi thnxs
