T-mobile problem. I'm so pissed, help?

In October, my phone stopped working, and was flashing letters. We called t-mobile and they gave us an address to send it to and that they'd send a replacement phone. TWO MONTHS AGO. Ups receieved it and everything. They got it. We've called them 5 times and everytime, they would tell us they would research it and call us back in a day. They NEVER do. Ever. Or email, anything. They said they were processing it last month, nothing. I've been out of a phone for so long. I just don't know what I can do. They're the cheapest texting plan with okay service. What could I do that could actually result in me getting a phone back?
