t-mobile price plan over charging?

hello, im with t-mobile, and am on contract with them, i have recently discovered i am paying way too much for the texts and minutes im recieving. i currently pay £25 a month for free internet, 200 minutes and 200 texts, my friend is payin around £20 and she has unlimited texts and 200 minutes, how do i change my price plan, as my contract is due for renewal in october :/
