Can you talk to any t-mobile carrier for free on a prepaid plan? My dad has t-mobile and right now I have cingular, but since i'll be heading to a university in the fall i wanted a cheap phone plan that i can be able to talk to my parents for a long time without worrying about an expensive phone bill. So i was just wondering.
