T-Mobile phone recommendation please

I'm eligible to upgrade my T-Mobile phone. I'm in the Detroit area and I currently have a Motorola t522i. I also have a Palm Tungsten E that I use to keep appointments, to-do lists, and contacts. It's kind of a pain to carry both. I'm thinking of getting a phone that allows me to do both. I need to be able to sync the data to my PC. I currently use Time & Chaos as my PIM and it can sync to both Palm, Windows Mobile, and Blackberry. I don't need email, music, video, or web browsing capabilities. Photos are nice but not mandatory. I mainly just need a phone, complete contact list with multiple phone numbers per contact, appointment calendar, to-do list, and memos. I have about 300 contacts. Good battery life is important, too. The battery on my Motorola t522i lasts forever.

Any recommendations?

On the T-Mobile web site, the following phones are available. I don't know much about any of these. I don't see a Treo on the T-Mobile site; I don't know whether I could get a Treo at their store.

Okay, why would you get the Dash?

The brief blurb about the Dash on the T-Mobile web site says that it syncs with MS Outlook. Will it sync with Time & Chaos instead?
 
The thing I've been seeing on the web is that Windows Mobile devices don't allow you to edit MS documents. That's something I can do with my Palm (go figure, Microsoft) and would probably hate to give up.
