I bought a tmobile phone(blackberry curve) from a friend and its fine exept for the track pad freezes sometimes for a long time. She said it had warranty so I was wondering if I took it in would they be able to take it in and fix it or refurbish it? Will they ask for anything? If they can't are there any stores (bestbuy?) that I could bring it in and they could fix it for me?
