At the begining of the year I purchased a motorola Cliq and within the first 2 weeks of having it, it would freeze for hours at a time. So I went to the tmobile store and stated my complaint but was sent home twice before getting my phone exchanged! Its been about 5 months now and my T an D on he keybord won't work unless I press on it extremly hard. I have insurance but I don't want to waste my time going to tmobile if they'll send me home. Will they cover this right away or will they give me a hard time like before?
