T-mobile Phone??,, (G2)?

I have a g2 & for some reason I can't get calls? Lik when someone calls me they say it rings once than goes st8 to voicemail & when I look at my call log I will see there call & it shows that its been answered! Which is weird cuz I never had got a call. Idk what's wrong wit it? Any one knw how to help?,,
