T-Mobile phone contract - Is this legal?

Earlier this year I went shopping for a blackberry deal. I'm a student so I wanted to spend £20 max. a month. I found a few deals but the one best suited to me was one from T-mobile - they offered me 300 mins, texts and unlimited internet for £15, plus I asked for the extra BBM booster for another £5 a month. It wasn't perfect, I would have liked more minutes, but I couldn't find another deal which had texts plus internet for that price.

About a month ago my situation changed and I didn't need BBM anymore. I sent an email and got it cancelled. However afterwards my internet wasn't working, and I was being charged for supposedly using it. To cut a long story short, I called and asked why 1.) I was being charged when my internet wasn't working and 2.) why I was being charged at all when I had the unlimited internet booster. After a lengthy phone conversation I was told my account would be credited to cover the cost of my supposed internet usage and that apparently, the unlimited internet booster didn't work with my blackberry handset! I was a bit baffled by this, and I'll explain further, but basically I told the lady on the phone it might as well be removed then and none of the other boosters appealed to me. She spoke to her manager and told me they would let me have the email booster free of charge for the next 6 months.

Fair enough, I have gone online and I now have the email booster. I'm dreading for when my bill comes through however, as it still says online that it's going to cost me £5 (so I'll be back at square one.) and I've had problems with the online system (I've paid my bills on time yet it comes up online that I still owe the amount, despite having received a receipt to say I had.)

But what concerns me most is the unlimited internet thing, I'm 100% sure that the deal sold to me was 300 mins, 300 texts + unlimited internet with my blackberry for £15. The unlimited internet booster was already added to my account which backs this up and I checked my contract which says the unlimited internet is part of my £15 package.

Yet when I called I was told the unlimited internet booster did not work for my blackberry and that in order to get the internet on my phone, I had to have the BBM booster. Interestingly, Carphone Warehouse no longer have this deal available - the deals which include internet state that you have to have the BBM booster to get it.

I feel a bit helpless because this is my first phone contract and I'm still young and a bit niave. I've been having problems with T-Mobile for a while and this is really becoming the final straw. I'm fed up with them and I have been seriously considering buying out my contract if possible. Have they breached my contract by not allowing me unlimited internet included in the £15 a month and would this be grounds for terminating my contract(with or without a fee)?
