I paid to get a new phone. Ok what ever. I paid for the box to come and I told the lady to change the 10.60 to me she did. Now the bill came and they charge my dad 10.60. What should I do. I don't want to pay the 10 dollars again. Should I print out the statement and give it to my dad.
