T-Mobile pay monthly question?

I have recently bought a new phone on a pay monthly contract. I'n new to all of this as I have always been on pay as you go. I have registered with T-mobile on their website so I can see how many texts and mins I have left.

I am confused what it has said about my remianing mins for the month.
299:13 mins

What does this mean?

It just means that you have 299 minutes and 13 seconds left in your free allowance before you have to start paying for calls.
This doesnt include freephone numbers, 08 numbers or premium numbers they are all chargeable regardless of how many minutes you have.
