Okay so i got a HTC DESIRE HD on pay monthly by t-mobile today, and im having some problems as this is the first pay monthly phone i have had.
For some reason, i can make phone calls but not send texts and my plan was 600 minutes and 500 texts, do i need to activate my sim card or somthing? or is it automaticly done? i have tried calling 150 and tried to check my balance but it says theres a problem with the system or some thing. another thing is, how do i find out what my number is? i made a phone call from my new phone to my old phone however, it just comes up as 'unknown', thanks for any help
