if they are overcharging you, you will need to contact them.
They might check their databases and find the mistake, or they may deny it. Fight your case and demand your money . :D
 
Anyone got experience of T-Mobile overcharging? They are billing me for around £5 per month more than I agreed with them. This is without additional charges for extra usage.
Is there a body which deals with this kind of thing? OFCOM?
