I am having a problem recently with my phone sending pictures to my online album at Tmobile. I had not problems up until a couple weeks ago. I have a samsung comeback phone that takes pretty good pictures. I don't like how sluggish it is especially when I have a baby that wont sit still as it is to take a picture, but it gets the job done. The problem seems to be the picture getting from my phone to the online album. I will take a couple pictures, send to my album from my phone, then when I check the picture it either says resolution error where the picture should be or it gives me a picture that is so messed up. When I say messed up, I mean the picture is either half normal and the other half a sepia color or its cut off close to the edge like as if you get a row of school photos back and you over cut the little box of one portrait and now you have your photo plus the arm of the exact same one with it. Also, its become so slow to send it to my album and half of the time I get an error message that the pictures did not send.
I haven't messed with the phones settings, the phone itself seems to be going dead a lot by itself and I hardly talk on it at all..I'm usually just taking pictures. I'll charge my phone and that night go to take a picture and its turned off and dead battery. I just recently got the thing this past Feb or March along with the T-mobile plan.
Will they give me a different phone if I'm under warranty? Is this just a signal issue? I don't have a t-mobile place close to me anymore since I moved so I thought I would ask here before driving over an hour and a half to our t-mobile store.
