Okay, so I just got my new phone a few days ago and I was looking for a way to lock my phone so others can't get on it. I've never had a phone with a SIM card before and somehow I ended up at the PUK page. I finally figured out my PUK number and it asked me to enter my new PIN, so I do. Then I re-enter it and it says 'code error'. No matter what I try it keeps saying that. HELP?!
